Orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days from the date of confirmation. We ship within Singapore only. Once your order has been handed to our delivery partner, a tracking number will be provided via email. Project Kei is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
