Refund policy
Because every item we produce is custom-made to your specifications, we are not able to accept returns or offer exchanges as a general rule.
Exceptions are only made in the following situations:
- 1We produced your item with a spelling or wording error that differs from what you submitted in your order
- 2You received the wrong product or a product in the wrong colour
- 3Your item arrived damaged, and the damage is attributable to mishandling during shipping
To be eligible, the item must be in the condition you received it - unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Claims made outside of these conditions will not be accepted.
All claims require a receipt or proof of purchase to be processed.
A partial refund may be offered at our discretion in the following cases:
- 1The item shows signs of use or has been washed
- 2The item is not in its original condition, is missing components, or has been damaged after delivery for reasons unrelated to our error
- 3The claim is submitted more than 5 days after the delivery or collection date
When a return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you by email of our decision. If your refund is approved, payment will be returned via bank transfer or PayNow.
Processing times may vary. We will confirm the timeline upon approval.
We will arrange a replacement only where the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged due to our error or mishandling during shipping.
