How do I place a custom order?

Can I request a custom design not shown on your site?
Yes. For custom requests or modifications, please contact us before placing an order. We will advise if it is feasible and provide next steps.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes are only possible if production has not started. Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
Production & Processing Time
How long does it take to make my order?
Most custom items take between 3 to 7 working days to produce. Production time may vary depending on product type, customisation complexity, and order volume.
Do you offer urgent or express orders?
Yes, express production may be available for selected items. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and additional charges.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Singapore. If you require international shipping, please contact us to check availability.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is completed, standard delivery typically takes 1 to 3 working days within Singapore.
Is shipping free?

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the personalised nature of our products, custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.
